In 2025, Urban Form had the privilege of bringing Pan and Rob’s dream family home to life. We stripped the original house right back to its bare bones and meticulously rebuilt it into the ultimate family retreat. The vision was clear : a home designed for entertaining, relaxing, and soaking in the incredible views across Port Phillip Bay.

For Pan and Rob, the experience of getting there mattered just as much as the result. “We just found the whole process so simple”. From the very beginning, it was a true collaboration between architect, builder and client with everyone around the table, working toward the same shared goal.
